I went through a phase of painting pink flowers with a blue aspect to the painting. I consider bright pinks and blues to be very mediterranean (I’m thinking of clear cobalt skies and bougainvillea in Spain) and the weather was certainly hot at the time. Painted en plein air early in the morning in our back garden.

All paintings are priced without frames.  Framing can be arranged at a small additional cost (for UK, European and EEA collectors only).
