If you have a particular subject matter in mind for a painting, please feel free to get in touch with me to discuss your requirements.  I would be thrilled to get involved in creating a special piece of art either for you or for you to give as a gift.  There are many different subjects which would make a lovely painting, something in or around your home (such as a favourite place to sit or flowers in a family heirloom vase) a portrait or a special landscape.  Browsing the available and archived paintings sections on my website might give you some ideas.

The price for a commissioned painting will be largely dependent on factors such as the size of painting, subject matter and the timescale for producing the work.  Whether the subject of a portrait wishes to sit for the portrait - which would increase the time spent on the project - will also be factored in to the overall cost.
